We don't really like nitpicking on hours, but we do like results. And we get the most out of our work through clear goals, responsibility, communication and fun: work smart & play hard. We do all of this in an open, honest and above all fun place. Our little helpers are 2-week sprints, online project management tools and a ping-pong table. We're great in what we do because we give recognition for jobs well done, speak out on jobs not so well done and because we always positively improve.
You'll be the glue between the people who make finger-licking designs and the ones who create the machinery. You'll turn photoshop into HTML and CSS and make things clickety-clickable. We're an Amsterdam-based company started by 3 guys who found each other in a common purpose. Welcome to our Head and currently Only Office! We work in a former bank building that we're baby-sitting. We've got lots of space, some of it shared. We mostly work around one big table but we don't really have fixed places. We also have silent-alone and loud-together spaces, table tennis, a meditation corner and a nap room. And we lunch together, with Sendsteps, our befriended company whom we share our space with. Because it's fun. And the best conversations always happen over lunch.
